Samsung’s SW Update kept disabling Windows Update due to a bug that it apparently kept downloading. This bug was a software code called Disable_Windowsupdate.exe which was the tangible trouble creator. Patrick Barker, a debugger and reverse engineer earlier this week found out that windows was by no means updating itself even when it was checking for updates. On searching further for the precise reason he found out that the SW Update was downloading this cryptic code which was responsible for deactivating the Windows Update every single time the system started.
In its official statement today Samsung has stated that it would stop this as Samsung pledges for security and endures to partner with Microsoft. Within a few days, Samsung will also give out a patch with the Update notification for the optional programmed Windows Update as it is dedicated to deliver a trusty consumer experience.
